Corrupted Profile Statement
« on: 04 Feb 2015, 18:48 »
Hi,

Yesterday, while running a trigger using last_won expression, the profile statement started doubling up the previous races and amounts bet/won. This lead to the trigger overbetting by twice the amount it should have bet.

I was watching the race live and noticed it happen, but I could not compensate in time before the race was off, and inrunning not supported.

This lead to me losing almost my entire bank. I had a better than evens shot of winning more than I should have, but nevertheless this has set my progress back alot.

Previously, I had noticed some unusual things happening, but I didnt do anything about it. I should have took more prompt action.

I would advise anyone that notices anything unusual occurring on a profile, to immediatedly  uninstall Mfpro, delete all the old profile settings and then reinstall. I wish I had done that when I first noticed.

I think I might have a corrupt profile, cant think of anything else, up to Saturday I run 4 or 5 profiles no problem but since then I have had nothing but trouble hundreds of unmatched bets . I only run 4 markets on each profile, will delete and start again and hope this solves the problem thanks. colin

I have had similar problems with, last_won & last_lost. It was calculating it wrong, although hist_variables were working. I suppose it happens somtimes (but why?), my workaround was to define my own variables to kepp track of  profits/losses.
After some bets the profits/losses were working again - but for safty I use my own definitions (variables).

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
