custom cells - define their own refresh rate

Hi,
most of the times, when we use custom cells in excel, it is not for decision making inside MFP but for information purposes.
That means a (much) lower refresh rate might be ok.
It should be useful if custom cells have their own refresh rate, as idle and inplay markets have inside MFP
