Default Bet Amount - Idle and InPlay

Hi,

I would like a new default setting for bet amounts IN-PLAY.

As the amounts many users bet inplay would be a lot different from pre-off, I think it would be a lot easier to have default inplay bet amounts rather than having to change the amounts every time on the main page or ladder.

You can change it with triggers - it's more flexible (you can use conditions, etc.)
