Excel Alternative?
« on: 08 Nov 2010, 15:46 »
First I would like to say I have truly enjoy using this software.  It took me a little while to get comfortable editing triggers and settings but the pure power of the software is amazing.  I wish I would have stumbled across it much sooner.

I have noticed that you only support Excel for spreadsheet activity.  Is it possible to take a look at integration with Open Office as well?  Also maybe it is something I am doing incorrect but when I export the Statement to CSV, I am only getting current days information - not the statement "Start From" date.   For analyzing data the full From Through range would be a great benefit, in refining triggers.

Thanks

hi
i have found that if you put the date that you want to go back to, then use the next 40 to look at the prev days and when you reach the day you want to export from, it will export all from that day that you looked at, it takes a little time to look at the prev days but it will then export all the days from the date that you set.

Can also be downloaded from betfair and cross matched with the action log to show how each trigger has performed.
