  • I'd be interested in this as well - Oxa,  -  any possibility?

In case I mis interpretted the original message I would like to be able to identify, fro within MF pro, if a particular market (Football game) will be going in play later on.

    thanks

    In Play Football Markets
I think this is being covered in the above postings but shall enquire anyway: Is it possible to only select the Match Odds, O/U 2.5 Goals, Correct Score and Total Score for games that are going to go in-play?

Selecting these tick boxes at the moment adds all today’s football games from All Markets to My Markets. I would like to be able just to add in those that are due to go in-play (rather than at the moment where I look at Betfair, then add each game individually).

    Thanks a lot.

    I don't think so.

BetFair does not return this information when the program requests the list of events in the given categories.

For each individual market it's possible to tell whether it's going In-Play or not, because this bit of information is contained inside the market's description. But to obtain it, the program needs to download this market's specific details, which is a separate request to the API.

  • Hi all,

For the football for now, i have a trigger that remembers the parent id if there is a 1.5 goals market and then run my trigger against that.

I haven't found a market that had an over/under 1.5 and wasn't going in play but you never know!

  • Xdg,

That's very interesting, but I think the point is that you have to load all football games to pick those markets out - or, manually sellect all markets with a 1.5 goals market.

Once you have those in My Markets yes you can set a trigger to run against those.

I believe those matches that are not planned to be turned In-Play usually have a very limited number of markets, i.e. just Match Odds and Correct Score.

But as you reasonably remarked - you never know.
