There is no actual limit on the number of open ports.
It's just some of those ports may be busy/occupied by other programs and services on your computer.
To work around this, simply set another port number in the Logger settings of the new instance of MarketFeeder Pro you will be launching.
Try different numbers (preferably > 10000) until you find a free port.
