How about a button called 'Notes' in the trigger blocks (perhaps to the left of 'Log File')?
We could click here and a pop box could open and we could record relevant information about the trigger e.g. got this idea from
www.xyz.com, made the following amendments abc on xx/xx/xx, yy/yy/yyy...and so on.
I would find this handy at any rate.
