Racing type filters, Aus & NZ races
« on: 06 Dec 2009, 05:04 »
Under today's Horse Races, I wonder if it's possible to sub-divide the Aus & NZ races into Gallops and Harness so that one or the other can be filtered out if not required?

Oo-oof! I guess this list can be continued eternally, I mean different types and sub-types of markets. The interface of the program will probably not fit on the screen in that case.  :-\

What I'd suggest in return is to create a comprehensive search through all markets that would allow one to choose which markets to load. I guess that would satisfy everyone's needs.

Since I'm being smart, I'm going to add this suggestion to our wish list.  ;)

Hi there,

I'm not sure if this will help while Oxa's suggestion reaches the "wish list", but if you place the condition Market's name does not contain Trot AND Market's name does not contain Pace into your trigger, then you will have excluded all harness racing from your trigger.

And generally I find that volumes are so small on NZ races as to make any trigger unreliable.

I hope this is a temporary help.

Bobh,

Thank you for the suggestions and it does work, but there are so much Aussie races that seem to "clutter" My Market column, I was wondering if Oxa will have a better alternative so that less computer resources are used.

Regarding to the market volume, I notice it is gradually improving, they do present more opportunities than used to be, I do see it as a growing market.

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
