Show SP

The Betfair web interface has two options:

• Projected Odds (SP) - Provides live projections of the Starting Price(SP), based on the SP bets already placed and the current exchange prices.
• Display Near/Far Odds - Provides two live projections of the Starting Price (SP). The near price is based on SP bets already placed and current exchange prices. The far price is based only on the SP bets already placed and not on any current exchange prices.

What MFPro provides when the option Show SP is ticked are the Near/Far Odds.

Personally, I have never found a use for them. I would much prefer to see the Projected Odds (SP).

It would be great if the user interface provided a choice between these two options.

I wish, but BF does not provide projected SP through their API.

What a shame.

Apart from the fact that the projected SP is not displayed, I also found it visually distracting to have two extra boxes (near/far odds), albeit that they were in a different colour. I have now chosen a neutral grey; so, at least I will see the SP once the race goes in-play.

Their system really needs an update. I can see if today, there hasn't been a lot of changes.
