Test Balance

Please stop resetting the test balance to 100.00 on application close/restart.

I NEVER want this to be 100.00
I ALWAYS want it to be whatever I last set it to.

Just to clarify, I am talking about the amount in the Deposit/Withdraw funds dialog box.
