  • Hi,
The new feature in v6.4 whereby you can set the time to scheduled start to flash/blink at x minutes to the "off" is a good idea BUT it's only useful if you're sitting in front of your computer and viewing the prices/amounts for THAT particular race.

If you're looking at another race you WILL NOT see the time flashing in a race that's about to start.

If you have left your computer for whatever reason (to get a cup of coffee, use the toilet, answer the phone), you WILL NOT see the time flashing in a race that's about to start.

...BUT you can STILL HEAR IT if you're nearby!

So, how about having MFPro play a sound (of users own choice?) when the time to scheduled start is < x minutes ...SIMILAR to the way you can have MFPro play a sound when the race actually goes in-play.

  • Hi,
in general a "beep" trigger action is quite useful with the option to play specific sound.

Surfing between markets is not fun!

    Best Regards,

    Theodore

  • Apart from trigger betting, MFP has the ability to enable manual trading in much the same way as most other currently available software. I would like to see customisable audio alerts ( ability to use own wav files ) for the following events :

Market suspended ( particularly useful in soccer games )

Countdown timer to the off with variable time selections e.g. 5 minutes, 2 minutes, 30 seconds to the off.

These allow for close control of bets without needing to look at the computer all the time.

  • I think a trigger action to play custom sound would be most elegant.
    Thank you for the suggestions.
