hi,
I am considering buying an Apple Mac Mini and wondered if
MFP can run on it and if so are there any known issues that
I should consider.

Natively - not.
The best way is using Parallels but you need to purchase its license as well as Windows one.
We tried to run under CrossOver but no luck as I remember.
