  • Hi All,

    I am trying to purchase markets but the option isn't coming up - screenshot attached.

    The Evening cards just hold and the loading image, and the bags selection doesn't even load the 'loading...' image.

    Do you have any ideas why?

  • Sorry, we are preparing a new version of the TimeMachine (with soccer and tennis). It'll be released today. And probably some changes with our database were not compatible with the current version. We'll try to fix it asap. Thank you fir reporting.

  • Hi Again,

    The update is great - much easier to purchase markets.

    however, when I use the events tree to show the BAGS cards available to download, I get a list of courses, but no dates on them.

    Would you be able to check that this is working ok?

  • Sorry - correction to the below. Bags I have purchased fine, it is the Evening Cards that I can't see a date on.

    Also, once I had purchased the Bags cards I got the attached error message.

    I have received the email that the data is ready. My BF username is (removed by mcbee PLEASE NOT NOT POST YOUR USER NAME, others can and do try to get your password).

    When you say raise a ticket, do you want me to post the contents of this thread in the 'Troubleshooting' section of this forum, or do you want me to further investigations with Betfair themselves?
