I have only been using this for 1 day but I cannot see that I will continue with it.
My first purchase took over 7 hours to enter my markets and I ordered more well over an hour ago and have still heard nothing.
Generally, I would not complain so early, but very little seems to work on this site.
I got no reply from my ticket yesterday and in fact, my profile shows that I have not made any posts.
I have just sent a message to Support, but again, my profile shows that I have not sent any messages, so I dont know if they have received it.
Is this a ghost town? Is there anybody out there?

Hi Pabrmu

I'm just a user, not a mod or part of the welldone team, so I can't comment on your specific support problems that you've had, sorry.  I would say though, that you should try and give the software a second chance.  You will find this is an active and very useful forum, with people only too willing to try and help each other out where possible.  The team from Welldone regularly post here and are very responsive to our feedback and suggestions.

The software itself is incredibly powerful in allowing you to automate your betting strategies, and the forum is a great place to come with the inevitable questions that will arise as you learn to use it.

Hope you get everything sorted.
