I suggest you fix your software before charging people, because it's full of bugs.
So I bought £5 pounds worth of markets but there was an Error while downloading the market: Failure to download Market ID 110182368. Please contact support.
I emailed support and a ticket was raised. I received a message from Tim Vetrov saying There was a problem with our market data processing software.
The process has been restarted.
I then tried downloading the markets that I'd purchased and got a message on the screen saying "All the markets you purchased have been donwloaded"
I checked to see if the markets were there, no, nothing
I sent another message to support basically saying the markets are not there, and the reply from Tim was:
Please try to refresh the tree (with the button) and re-download the markets.
I had already tried that but had another go, and still get the same message "All the markets you purchased have been donwloaded" but none of the markets I had purchased were there.
I sent another message saying that I had tried refreshing and re-downloading, and was there anything else that I could try?
I haven't received any reply back. So I asked for a refund, and still no reply from a week ago:-\
So Tim why are you ignoring my messages? I've been patient and tried to resolve the problem, but I gave up with it and want a refund. Check my ticket TLI-408190 all my details are there.
