The routine of delivering purchased markets to you is quite complicated due to BetFair security demands so it's possible that on some stage it stucks.
So if after 5-10 minutes after purchase you haven't received your markets please report support your order details.
We've set to report such failure automatically but still...

yesterday evening I purchased some markets, but unfortunately didn't get them so far. I wrote for the support team, but didn't get an answer so far, too.
