How long?

Hey guys, just 2 quick questions, i have purchased 1 month of horse racing, everything went smoothly.

How long untill i can download the races?

Have an issue with the free markets also, i click on the square box to select them and it shows me the info of the race but nothing else happens.

Have already added the exceptiond to AV, Firewall, DEP.

Hi Crimson, we replied to you in the support, as in your case there were problems with processing the payment.

Normally market files are ready for download after about 15 minutes after the purchase.

And another question, what about the missing markets in the meetings are you planning to make it avaiable to the clients or that isnt possible?
