New Historical Data Licence Starting from October 1, 2017

Dear Time Machine for MarketFeeder Pro users!

Please be aware that starting from October 1, 2017, we will be operating on a new BetFair Historical Data Licence. This licence implies a number of changes to your Time Machine experience, so please read below.

1.     1. The maximum refresh rate of the recorded data will be 1 sec. We realise that this means a significant deterioration of the service in the context of live events such as horse races. If you need a data feed recorded at a more frequent rate, please contact BetFair directly about purchasing their Pro plan at up to £200 per a month’s worth of data. Beware that the Pro data are not compatible with Time Machine (we use the Advanced Data Plan).
Please note that this change will not affect the data you have already purchased and downloaded prior to October 1, 2017. You are entitled to keep using those markets even after the new licence comes into effect.

2.    2. We will include more markets into each individual event. This means you will have broader opportunities to test your cross-market strategies and strategies that require access to markets besides the most popular ones. We are mostly talking here about more Soccer (Football) and Tennis markets. See the list of all markets that will be available below.

• Correct Score;
• Total Goals;

• Over/Under 3.5 Goals;

• Over/Under 5.5 Goals;
• Over/Under 6.5 Goals;
• Over/Under 7.5 Goals;
• Over/Under 8.5 Goals;
• First Half Goals 0.5;
• First Half Goals 1.5;
• First Half Goals 2.5;
• Both Teams To Score?

- Tennis:

• Match Odds;
• Set Correct Score;
• Set Betting;
• Set 1 Winner;
• Set 2 Winner.

Please note that the older events (the one that we were offering before the new licence) might not have these markets, and overall, the availability of these markets is not guaranteed. You need to check each event separately before purchasing the corresponding data to ensure that it has all the markets you need.

The cost of the Greyhound, Horse Racing, Soccer and Tennis data will not change (i.e. the price per event will stay the same).

If you decide that the conditions of the new licence do not suit you, please do not purchase any new market data after September 30, 2017. If you do purchase any of market files, you will automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions of the new licence.

Let us remind you of the responsibility of the End User (that is you) under the BetFair Historical Data Licence and the obligations (or waiver thereof) of BetFair towards End Users.

End Users shall not undertake to do the following:
·        taking actions to decode, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile the Historical Betfair Data from the Licensed Software for use in its raw form;
·        using the Licensed Software and the Historical Betfair Data for any use other than the End User’s own internal use; or
·        copying, selling or distributing the Historical Betfair Data to third parties.
Title, copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights in the Historical Betfair Data and all parts and copies thereof are owned by Betfair and/or its Group Companies.
Betfair does not make or give, nor has any servant or agent of Betfair the authority to make or give, any representation, warranty or undertaking (express or implied) as to, and none of Betfair or its Group Companies accept any liability in respect of, the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, currency or quality of the Historical Betfair Data or its correspondence with description or as to its fitness for a particular purpose.
