  • Hi,
    I have reported non-receipt of my first purchase,item number 14857, and you have emailed me to say that you are investigating, but when I go into "My Tickets" in my profile, it says that there are no open tickets.
    I must say that I am more than a bit upset with my first impressions of this software as it took ages to download this and now I have waited about two and a half hours for my purchase.

    Just checked and it sees that they have now been delivered and are downloading.
    Any reason for the delay?

    Usually it takes 5-10 minutes to encrypt the data after getting confirmation from payment gateway. Probably was a delay in payment gateway.
