can you back test tennis matches, using a trigger based on current score?

Hi all

I am a newbie, my understanding is that you can use triggers to bet on live tennis matches, using the current score in the trigger algoruthm.
Can I back test such trigger? Do we have access to current tennis score when back testing a trigger?
