No support what so ever From markefeeder

I have tried to write to support so many times but i get no reply what so ever.

i purchased time machine but didn't receive anything. I spent the money but no product received.

TM is not a separate program, so if you have MF Pro installed and paid the appropriate subscriptions, then you just select TM mode at the login screen.

Are you saying you have paid, but the program does not allow TM mode to be entered?

i am able to click on the TM but i needed the TM files. i paid with paypal and the e-mail address that is with paypal is no longer working how will i get to download the TM files?

OK, do you mean the files containing the markets you have purchased?
All you need to do is open Time Machine and click on the Download Purchased button.
