Check the settings for deleting markets. Ideally you want to delete Settled markets automatically and delete all except 5 most recent markets. This should give time for the settled markets records to be added to the statement. In test mode if markets are deleted e.g. at in-play then the markets will never be settled and no statement records added.
If that doesn't help its possible the logger could have some corrupted data. Shut down the program and manually delete the statement and logs files as described in Item 3
here and try again.
