Betfair Vs TimeMachine Volume data

Hi, 

I purchased a few tennis markets recently for backtesting in TimeMachine. However, I noticed that the volume matched for all those matches does not match to the actual volume matched on BetFair after the match is completed. Could someone please tell me why is there a difference in the TimeMachine and the actual BetFair data?

I mean how do you get the real volume value?

Either at the end of the live match from BetFair Website or by downloading historical data from BetFair Website.
