Time Machine - cannot buy markets (client identification error)

I have fully re installed MarketFeeder Pro and rebuilt the Time Machine DB. Previously purchased markets load correctly, but I am prevented from purchasing any new markets with the error message 'Error with client identification'. 

This indicates my time machine license is still bound to an old client ID. 

Please could I have someone look in to this and reset my ID on the server.
