TIME MACHINE DOES NOT BACK TO THE DATE OF THE MARKETS

Need some help. I loaded some races but the time machine does not go BACK to them.

Can you demonstrate this on a screenshot? Not sure I understand about going back to the date of the markets. What buttons do you press and what behaviour do you expect?
