time machine not taking my bets

Hi everyone,
Im hoping someone can help me.  I have ordered and downloaded 10 football games.  When I try to place a bet I do not get a 'what if' figure.  I place the bet anyway, I get a message pop up asking if I am sure I want to place the bet, which I confirm, and then nothing happens.  My stake and possible return remain at £0.  One thing I have noticed is that when I start the game, where it says when the match is to start, it can be anything form 50days to over 1000.  I have looked if I can change this but to no avail
Please help if you know what is wrong as this is eating into my subscription and I am not getting a response from admin

at the top of mfp screen select settings
general options , untick the Request confirmation for every critical operation
select Monitoring options , Market refresh , tick Start monitoring events at , set to 2.00
select save at the bottom of the new screen.
look at a few videos here

If the games you have purchased are wide apart from each other (taking place in different years, for example), then you will see that the event starts in 100 days for the games that start later than the earliest ones.

For your bets to appear, you need to start Time Machine. See the video mcbee suggested above.

I have adjusted the settings but still cannot place bets.  I will go through step by step what I do and hope you can help me

I start my time machine on a selected football match
I click on correct score
I right click on the 0-0 at current price and make the laybet 0.01 and on the back bet I enter a stake of £10. The 'what if' figure remains at £0 (even though the 'show what if figure' box is ticked)
I press 'back' and everything remains at £0

Now if I go in again and right click 0-0 then my what if figures are there but when I come out they go back to £0

Can you help me?  I have watched the videos but they do not help

ok , in the time machine you have to start the match/market manually by selecting the green arrow just below the TIME MACHINE sign (top left of mfp screen).
once started it will go to the monitoring time that you have set in the monitoring options.
now you can set and place bets as you did before or you can just use the default bet amount and select either the blue (backing) or pink (laying) icon and a bet will be placed.

I am starting time machine by pressing the green arrow key mate but my bets are not appearing when I place them.  Also, I don't know if this has anything to do with it but the slider time bar does not move when I try to drag it along, it just stays where it is.
Could you log into my computer to fix this?  I have games purchased but cannot do anything with them

look for Market Refresh
make sure that there is a tick on the Start monitoring events at [1.00] minutes before the beginning
select save at the bottom middle of the new screen
close using the normal x at the top right of the new screen

I have done this and there is no change.  I have only had this problem since I purchased the extra games.  I am doing everything that you suggest but I cannot place bets on the games I have purchased.  I ask again, could you log into my computer to fix this?  You can see on the attachment, I have started time machine by pressing the green arrow.  I have entered a stake on the 0-0 .  The what if figure box is ticked.  Also please note the start date for the game...486 days.  Im sure this wasnt there on other games I have bought and used previously

thank you for the screen shot , it has helped a lot.
ok , that tells a different story than what I thought.
the market that you are trying to bet in is not been monitored yet.
in the My Markets window you will see 2 small icons just below the gold cup icon.
select the first icon to the right of Full names , this will move all the markets around so that the first market been monitored will be at the top , at the moment they are in alphabetical order , not match time order.
you will then be able to see which market is been monitored and be able to place bets.
