Author Topic: Time Machine not working (no purchased markets, free trial)  (Read 1836 times)

When I click the top 'purchased markets' it says 'loading...' for a millisec, but nothing loads.
I've tried reinstalling a lot of times now, different versions too, while deleting the files tucked away in different folders - but nothing seems to help. Is this a bug? How can I resolve it? My email on forum is the same as in the software FWIW

I also cannot download the markets I paid for :-(

Fixed it - for anyone looking for a band aid solution, I added all the 0.00 markets to my cart + 5 GBP worth of other markets, paid for them, and 10~ minutes later I could download all of them.

Not sure if buying them actually helped

Just contact the support next time: yesterday was a day-off, so we were not quick to help, but other time we would have fixed this problem. Happy to hear you've sorted it out after all!
Always try your triggers in Test Mode before switching to real money!
