  • When I click the top 'purchased markets' it says 'loading...' for a millisec, but nothing loads.
    I've tried reinstalling a lot of times now, different versions too, while deleting the files tucked away in different folders - but nothing seems to help. Is this a bug? How can I resolve it? My email on forum is the same as in the software FWIW

  • Fixed it - for anyone looking for a band aid solution, I added all the 0.00 markets to my cart + 5 GBP worth of other markets, paid for them, and 10~ minutes later I could download all of them.

    Not sure if buying them actually helped

    Just contact the support next time: yesterday was a day-off, so we were not quick to help, but other time we would have fixed this problem. Happy to hear you've sorted it out after all!
