Hi,

I use TM on and off every now and again.

I've just opened MF in TM mode and wanted to test my triggers. When I download the markets I've purchased before I either get a error message saying theres been a error or it downloads the market but only 5 to 14 minutes of a race?!

Images attached below show what I mean. Previous Soccer markets I've purchased download fine (the ones I've tested anyway).

Please help - until this is fixed, I am wasting my TM subscription.

I can't attach the images, everytime I attach them I get a "500 Internal Server Error"!

I can email them?

Also - I forgot to mention, I have "Reset Time Machine database" and re-downloaded many times!

Probably the image is too big. Please e-mail to [email protected]

Try opening TM with a different profile.  Most problems I had in the past with TM were due to a corrupted profile.

 

Please note, BetFair is seems to be currently OFFLINE
