  • Hi,

I have been trying to purchase races through TimeMachine (on 7.1.0.8 and now 7.1.0.9) but without success. After selecting multiple racecourses (over 5 £) and clicking to purchase, the browser opens with a blank page (URL starts with tm.marketfeeder.co.uk/checktmorder.php?ids=.....). I tried with Chrome and IE - no luck.
I subscribed to TimeMachine yesterday and have been unable to purchase any race so far!

I know purchases have been on hold yesterday due to price policy change, but I though it was already working? Is the issue on my side, or is the online store not working?

    Thanks,
    Nuno

  • Hi
I just tried this purchasing £5 of markets using IE and it seems to work OK. There was a short delay of about 15secs before the webpage responded (same url you mention), but otherwise fine.
To quote BF! perhaps clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.

  • Hi MarkV,

Thank you for your quick reply.
Followed your suggestion on both IE and Chrome - still unable to purchase.

One thing to notice, on both browsers: page is returning "500 Internal Server Error"

If it helps, the last purchase URL I have attempted:
    tm.marketfeeder.co.uk/checktmorder.php?ids=4103714,27106659,27106660,27106979,27106981,27110297,27110688,27110691,27111255,27111969,27111970,27111971,27111972,778778778&lang=prt&ETag=e2fcfdd3f9183a580b41dfb957a3653e&bias=-0.00

    Thank you,
    Nuno

  • Hi
It is possible there is some sort of timeout affecting your purchase.
The 500 error is typically a problem connecting to a website which is slow to respond.

Since I last posted, I have received a confirmation email relating to my market purchases in response to your post, so I don't think there is anything really wrong.

The only other thing I can think of is a so far non-registration of your Time Machine subscription, but I'm sure Support will pick this up.

I am sure Support will read this post, but please do email them if the problem is not resolved soon.

  • Hi,

Thank you again for your response - I have contacted the (Portuguese) support per your suggestion.

Don't get me wrong, but I have to correct you: 500 error code is not related in any means with timeouts or slow responses: 500 error code is a server side error, which means server failed to process my request. This means that MF servers are failing to process the sent purchase information, because of any particularity (I'm using the Portuguese version, maybe this is related!).

    Thanks by your help,
    Nuno

  • Dear Nuno and other users of the Portuguese version. Many apologies for this disruption, your access to the purchasing page has now been fixed. You should be able to go through the payment process.
    Thanks for reporting this issue.
