2 SP Questions

Me again, knocking my head against the wall of misunderstanding:

Firstly, what sort of cash volumes are there in the Betfair SP pool when backing or laying.  More critically and second, how do I set a trigger up so that my back or lay is at SP?

first question unknown until betfair adds it up at the start.
second question, in the price box put actual_sp.
