I need a trigger that do this:
1. Works only on horse racing
2. Works in play only
3. Works only once per match
4. Lay at 1.99 or less, the 1st horse that reach back price 2.1 or less, for spesific target amount
5. staking plan: 1st race: target1, if win, 2st race: target1, if lose 2st race: target1+loss
6. stop after x time target amount is reach
