What is the easiest way to automatically add and start monitoring markets as soon as they are created by BetFair? For example if you want to be the first one to place bets on certain markets

set MFP to search for markets at start up and every hour ... not sure what the max days forward is.

you should only worry about that, if the markets that you want to bet in are low liquidity.
