Back at BFSP lay at % of that

Would someone be able to help me with a trigger.
I want to be able to have it so that it backs the selection at BFSP and then as soon as it goes in-play it lays it back at a % of the BFSP?

Sounds easy I know, but for the life of me cannot fathom it out!

Only thing I don't understand is the use of the Variable Mins?
Can't see it being used anywhere?

You can delete that,I was playing around with the time before triggering
