Back on favorite in football

I am interested in the 1x2 football market.
More precisely, I want to place a bet on the favorite team when the odds during the match exceed a certain value. At the same time, the back odds of the favorite 30 seconds before the start or 30 seconds after the start of the match are below a certain limit (2 ex)and between the lay odd and the back odd there is no difference greater than 15%, and the draw odd and the underdog odd are higher than the favorite's odd.
