time based trigger

Hi how can i stop a trigger at 17.10 and start another trigger at the same time.

Deactivate trigger <name of trigger or trigger block>
Condition:
Global Current Time is equal or greater than 17:10

Activate trigger <name of trigger or trigger block>
Condition:
Global Current Time is equal or greater than 17:10
