Cancel bets and cash out if top 2 are within 10 percent bsp at race start.

Hello could you please make me a trigger for the following:


For horse racing win markets.

At race start if both 1st and 2nd favourites BSP are within 10 percent of each other then cancel any unmatched bets and cash out any bets that enter the market after 5 seconds.

Can you please make the percentages adjustable as constants.
