Changing Wallets
« on: 22 Jun 2014, 23:12 »
This is not really a trigger request, but I'm happy to go down that track if required - it's a condition request.

At 8pm, I want to delete any further races still to be run in my AUS wallet, clear (reset) the statement, and then switch wallets to operate on UK races.

At 8am, I want to do exactly the same but switch from the UK wallet to AUS wallet (after resetting the win/lose history).

I am in Australia.

Can someone advise if this can be done, please?

I am familiar with the existing variables within MFP (ie switch wallets, reset win/lose history etc), but I am having trouble with sequencing the conditions.

Thanks,

bobh

Hi Bob

See two attached triggers which you can add to your existing trigger. They will swap wallets at 08:00am to AUS and 20:00pm to MAIN. It will also limit your bets between these times to the corresponding races only. That means you can load all markets and not worry about betting outside these times in the wrong markets.

Thank you so much, Paul.

That makes it so much clearer than my poor laboured effort.

For some reason, this does not appear to be working for me.

I have installed the latest version of MFP.

I have installed your triggers Paul, but nothing seems to happen.

In MFP General Settings, I have the option "Retrieve data that are not older then 0 days" ticked.

When manually changing wallets, this automatically resets win/lose history, which is what I am trying to achieve.

But in using Paul's triggers, at the appropriate times to change from AUS wallet to Main wallet and vice versa, nothing seems to happen (ie no switch of wallets seems to occur), and there is therefore no resetting of win/lose history to zero.

Am I doing something wrong here?

Would appreciate anyone's advice.

Hi Bobh,

Try also adding a trigger action "reset Win/Lose history" alongside the switching of wallet.
Always try your triggers in Test Mode before switching to real money!
