checking blocks of triggers at different times

Hi,

I would like to know how to do to make a block of triggers only be checked some minuts before the off.

Explaining better: I have a block of triggers that start placing bets much before the off and i would like to have another block of triggers that could check the values of the bets still open some minuts before the off and do whatever i want.

In the way i can implement this strategy each trigger from this 2nd block of triggers would start being checked right from the biggining as the 1st block is. I would like to avoid this checks or at least minimize them.

Is it possible?

In your first block of triggers, add another trigger action (for example to your betting trigger), or add another trigger:
Action: deactivate trigger/block name: 2nd block

Then add another trigger:
Action: activate trigger or block name: 2nd block
Condition: markets minutes before the off is less than x
