[TR] Combine Horse and Greyhound LayPro88

Hello, 

I'd like to combine the current available trigger, LayPro88, which works with horse racing for a minimum of 10 runners. I'd like to combine those same rules with AUS Greyhound racing. However, Greyhound with a minimum of 8 runners is required. 

LayPro88 system, combine horse racing with greyhound racing: 
Horse racing minimum 10 runners
Greyhound racing minimum of 8 runners.
