Compare my selection with 2 favorite

Hi before the start of the race i do a lay bet in a horse.

In play i want to compare my selection with the second favorite in play. If for example 2 favorite back price its 3 and my selection its a 6 dont do nothing, but if are 2 points or less do the thing i want for example stop lost or green up

Example
      1)  in play my horse its 3 rank  at odd 12 and the second favorite the odds are 3, then DONT DO NOTHING
     
      2) In play my horse its 3 rank at odds 5 and the second favorite the odds are at 4, Then yes do the bet.

I want compare 2 favorite with my selections and if are 2 points or less, do it if more dont do nothing

selections lay matched is greater than 0
and selections back price is equal or less than r_2_back_price + 2.00
