distance factor in trigger [TCKTPFD-496712]

Copied from a support request:

I want to create a trigger that will lay any horse with a last traded price below 3.00 in any race of a distance less than 2400 meters or 12 furlongs . It is the distance factor that I am unsure of how to incorporate in the trigger.
Can you help me with this.

and selections trigger expression market_length is less than 2400.00

bet amount
minimum last traded price
maximum distance in furlongs
time to place the bet or use in-play (pre set to in-play)
