Double up markets - Market Locator

I am getting two markets appearing of the same event in the market list. I want to reload the markets every six hours. I realise when I save a locator template, 'Clear my markets first" can not be saved.
The double markets appear after the subsequent reloads of the market list as set by settings.

Why am I getting double markets?

Can I set a trigger to clear the market list?
