Dutch bet on selections from diferent markets

I went through several posts and trigger examples (ex. http://marketfeeder.co.uk/solutions/miscelaneous-betting/soccer-correct-score-match/) and I still couldn't figure this out.
I would like to dutch bet on 0-0, 1-0 and over 1.5 in certain conditions (most important condition is that certain profit should be reached).
If bet placed and home team score stop refreshing the markets.
If bet placed and 0-1 at 80 minutes, distribute loss (this is optional for now)

If somebody could give me some ideas and example will be much appreciated.
