Dutch depending on combined odds payout

how do i say only Dutch  if the combined  payout of both selections is 1.20 or greater?

Book percentage of 1.20 is 100/1.2 = 83.33%
therefore the back book % of the two matching selections should be equal or less than 83.33

and selections trigger expression matching_number is equal to 2
and selections trigger expression match_b_book is equal or less than 83.33
