Dutching and asking for a higher price in the market.

Hi everyone, I'm struggling with formulas and would like some advice.

I would like to dutch the top 3 ranked horses in play but instead of taking SP I would like to dutch all three for a higher price, specifically 4 times higher than the first ranked faves SP.

What formula would I use and how could I implement this in a trigger please?

Also is it possible for the formula to cover the liability of the markets overall matched bets (for example I bet on a one or two higher ranked horses), so the top 3 ranked horses back bets cover the total liability if one of them go on to win?
