[TR] Dutching with Pro Staking Plan
« on: 19 Jan 2017, 20:28 »
Hi,

This is a request to Oxa, or anyone who has tracked progress on the Pro Staking Plan.

I want to be able to extend the Pro Staking Plan, and use it for Dutching.

I would like to be able to choose based on staking value, or profit take value.

I also want to be able to choose a number of ranks of the horses/dogs for betting.

E.g. I want to be able to choose rank 1/2/3, or 2/3/4/5

I would like to have constants for the variables, such as ranks etc, in whatever way you see fit.

Thanks

Mark.

Hello Oxa,

I am not sure if one of my lines in the request is clear

E.g. I want to be able to choose rank 1/2/3, or 2/3/4/5

I should have said that I want to be able to choose ANY combination for the Dutch bet, and not just the 2 above.

Thanks

Mark.

Please see your triggers attached.

In the constants you can choose the betting mode (Dutch to a target profit or to a maximum liability) as well as up to 6 ranks of the selections you want to bet on.

Make sure you have tested the triggers in Test Mode.

Hi Oxa,

This doesn't seem to be doing what it is supposed to. I have a friend who is using the PRO plan, on a different bot, with the exact same settings I have used, and yet, we have received very different results.

It seems like the trigger you developed is looking to gain the same profit for each race, in my particular case, every race so far bet on, has a potential profit of £0.95, and I am now on the 5th race, and the potential profit is again, £0.95.

I was expecting the profit potential to be increasing the more races that lose.

I have set ranks 2/3/4 and used 45 as the divisor, with 1 point per race, and betting mode set to 1.

I was expecting the stakes to increase as per the staking plan maths. This seems to be just aiming for the same profit on every race, no matter what the previous result is.

As I write this, I have just had another loss, and the next bet shows a profit potential of £0.95

This is definitely not doing a staking plan, it seems to be just doing a straight forward Dutching

Did you actually test this trigger, with various results?

If you did, I would like to see your results.

The other concern is, why does the trigger bet on the next race when the previous race has not been settled. Doing it this way is just a standard level staking, because, surely, if this was indeed using a recovery staking plan, then how does it know how much to stake until it has made a note of ALL losses?

Yet again, I have just seen another loss, and frustratingly, the next bet was placed before the results comes through for the previous race, and again, it shows a profit potential of £0.95.

hi
your divisor of 45 seems to be quit a bit high for this plan , try setting it to 4.5 , then if the bets are i bit high for you set it to 5 and so on.

hi mcbee,

Yes, I agree that the divisor is high, but it is using exactly the same settings through the alternative bot (which is TBE), and the plan on this has done well, hence my request.

If I take the divisor down to 4.5 this will not match what my friend is using..

hi
the 45 on your friends bot may be divided by 100 internally all you can do is try the 4.5 to see if that is what the other bot is using.

markoone11, the triggers are set to increase the next target profit after a loss. If this is not happening, then either trigger "adding loss or profit at the end of the event" is not working correctly, or trigger "resetting stake after target has been reached" fires prematurely resetting the bet.

Please provide the logs for both triggers for the market the goes immediately before the market where the triggers placed bets that should have been increased but were not.
