when i click on statement it comes up with profit/loss etc but how is the efficiency worked out?

Efficiency = (winnings-losses) / (winnings+losses)

But at the moment i have 9 wins ,no losses and the efficiency is 0.65,shouldn't it be 100%?

It's not number of wins but amount.
So it takes into account your liability.

So if i bet £1000 over the day and won £100 it would be 10%

efficiency tells you if your strategy is spending too much to win too little. The closer to +1.00 you are, the better your strategy is (its efficient). The further away from 0 towards -1 you go, the worse your strategy currently is ( its inefficient).

See attached, 15 wins, 8 losses, efficiency -0.00. So the loss on the day1 of -6.80. Not so good but the strategy efficiency rating tells me its worth pursuing. So on another day with a better run I get 17 wins, 6 losses, efficiency is now 0.14 with a profit of 21.68

£173 is a nice profit but I think ROI i better, so you actually can se the profit you made in relation to the total amount you have risked. The Srike rate says noting you can lay at odds 100 and you will probably win 50 in a row.

He's obviously not laying at 100/1 if he has 2 losses from 13 and a healthy profit, so to say strike rate is nothing is incorrect in this instance, and indeed in most. Anyway, not getting into that whole s/r thing again. The point is efficiency of +0.30 is good

You are right Larp, I apologize that I expressed myself a bit clumsy. I just wanted to say that I find it easier to relate to ROI than the Strike Rate and efficiency.
