You can make an email trigger with variables of your choice to send at a specific time. Any variables should be enclosed in [square brackets]
e.g.
email
text: balance: [balance] total funds: [total_funds] total won: [total_won]
condition: global current time is between 23:30 and 23:55
you need one market being monitored at slow refresh to run this trigger on which you can delete after email number of runs is greater than 0
