handicap place market
« on: 24 Dec 2013, 11:51 »
Hi , is there an easy way in market locator to select handicap place markets ? It's straightforward in the win markets as you can obviously just put in Hcap as a filter but this disappears in the market heading in the place markets - or have I missed something blindingly obvious !
Many thanks

No I don't think so.

I would recommend loading all and adding a delete trigger.

Delete Market

If market name does not contain hcap
AND
win place market name does not hcap

This should delete all market that do not qualify.

hi
it is not that simple, because the winplace has to be used with trigger expression and this does not have the contains/does not contain option.
i have made a trigger to delete all none handicap and there place markets.
this will leave you with just handicap win and place markets.
i have tried many methods to delete the handicap win market to leave just the handicap place market, but it will not work, so you will have to put up with the win and place markets together.
copy the    delete none handicap    trigger and paste it in to your triggers.
if you are going to monitor markets for a long time, then copy and paste the    set idle and in-play refresh rates for the handicap win market
this will alter the win market refresh rates to 50, so they wont take up many refreshes.

please use test mode until you are happy that the triggers work as you want them to.

hi
here is another trigger, this one will leave just the handicap place markets.
copy and paste the triggers exactly as they are in the set of triggers.
first trigger      = reset to 0
second trigger = record handicap place markets
third trigger     = delete markets
the triggers need to be in this order to work.
do not copy and paste the block, because when you paste the block, the trigger order is reversed.

please use test mode
